REDitor II - Sending Players to Free Agency

Fairly new to using REDitor,
all i wanted to do is move a player to Free Agency

Example: Player ID 455
Name - Xiao Qiang

ive changed the plType from 0 to 4 and also both team_ID's to -1

when i load the file back onto the xbox, i dont see this player in FA or anywhere.

is there something im missing?
