Thanks for the help guys, SecuROM Support Team helped me out with a new exe for my program file and that seemed to work fine.
For others that may have the same problem, here it is.

Your issue might be solved with an updated executable. Please perform these
steps:
1. Open the folder 'C:/Program Files (x86)/2K Sports/NBA 2K12/'
2. Rename the 'nba2k12.exe' to 'nba2k12.exe.OLD' in the folder above
(Right-click on this executable and go down to 'rename')
3. Download this zip-archive:
http://download.securom.com/support/005545/nba2k12.zip4. Extract the new 'nba2k12.exe' from the downloaded zip-archive into the
folder 'C:/Program Files (x86)/2K Sports/NBA 2K12/'
5. Start the new 'nba2k12.exe'
If the problem persists, please send another analysis file of the new
'nba2k12.exe' to us.
