Creating myself and my brother CF

Would it be possible if I sent photos to someone to have a CF for my bro and I...this would really make this game a keepr for life as no doubt it would be the next best thing to playin for real...if this is too much work, I have Adobe Photoshop CS6 but would need some help there since i keep getting an error message every time i try to open an iff file saying something about how it can't parse the file? I wouldnt necessarily be looking for anything amazing just a resemblance...thanks guys!
