My Player: Learn playbook, practice plays

Wed Jul 25, 2012 4:52 am

Hey guys,

I'm wondering, how do you learn the playbook of your team / practice plays? I'm a SG for the Golden State warriors and I want to play with "run plays" on, but I don't like having Play vision on, because it doesn't feel realistic to me. I would like to know all the plays of my playbook. Do any of you have any tips on how you learn the plays of your team?

The way you don't like is the only way I know. I guess you could write the plays down and then load an association save where you could practice them.

Thanks, Pdub for your reply. I guess I just have to play with play vision on until I master the playbook.

Concerning your comment about association save... does that mean that there is a possibility to practice plays in association mode? Sorry if the answer to the question is obvious. I'm a my player guy and have never ever played association mode.

Yes, I believe you can. At least you could in 2K11 and previous versions. I don't see why they would take it out.
