How to dribble on PC?

How do do it?

It says RS and LS rotation.

But on keyboard its up and down arrows which is impossible?

You can do a simple shake-dribble by pressing the Clutch key. On my keyboard it's a C button, so whenever I press it, player does it.
Try it.
