Help regarding shoes codes

Hi,

I'm just wondering if there is a list of pshoes for each player? I want to incorporate the shoes that I have downloaded on players that I liked for example MyPlayer or Jeremy Lin. I tried to browse in the tutorials section but the only that I can find is the shoes code list for the ones that you can choose from. Is there any list for this pshoes for each player? I would really appreciate if you can lead me to a link. I'm not really familiar in using tools.
