[Request] 2001/02 NBA Season Mod?

Is there a 2001/02 NBA Season Mod? I'm using UBR v20, so i'm thinking that all is necessarily is roster editing? Since 2k already has retro uniforms. If there is no plan on making one, what is needed? Thanks in advance!
