New Ankle Brace Patch

I searched all over the forum but still havent found one...Has anyone created a patch for the ankle braces to be place over top of the socks of any legnth like in 2k11. I'm very new to patching and creating mods and havent been able to master the tools yet. if theres something out there i would appreciate the help or heads up
