Individual player portrait importing

Hi,

So I was wanting to pull some of the player portraits from the FIBA 2K12 mod and put them into the portrait file I normally use for everything else, as I have my own save file with a bunch of created players (w/ cyberfaces) but no portraits.
I've gone into the Mod Tool to extract the portraits I want from the portrait file used for FIBA 2K12, no problems.
But when I want to import the portraits into my regular portrait file, I don't know which portraits correspond to which PortraitID number. In the Mod Tool, the portraits are numbered 0-1986 and obviously don't correspond with the players' png file numbers. I realise I'm going to have to overwrite some portraits I don't need, that's no problem, but I'd like to overwrite the generic looking portraits where possible. My problem is there's no way to tell which portrait corresponds to which PortraitID number.

Any idea how I can work out how the 0-1986 numbers in Mod Tool match up to png or PortraitID numbers?
