Camera Angles: Which Do You Use?

Postby MJALLDAY on Mon May 21, 2012 12:34 pm

I had been using the drive camera angle since last year and I just switched to broadcast and I'm really sorry I didn't switch sooner. It's like a whole new game. I can see the court much better and I turn the ball over far less (especially on fast breaks).
I've played more 2k in the past few days than I had in the past few months. I was curious to see which camera angle gets used most.

I tend to go with broadcast cam in NBA 2K12 (and indeed every basketball game that presents me with a choice), though Beluba Cam is worth a try too.

The Beluba cam has ruined other basketball games for me in terms of camera angles. The zooming in and out, with the adjustable height and default zoom, makes it the best one for me.
Opinions are my own.

I use the default one which is probably the Broadcast but back in the old Live I use Broadcast High or just High.

I tried using Beluba cam, but I need a better view of the court even if I'm in the lane. Makes it really hard for me to find out if I can pass out to the 3 pointer.

Broadcast Stadium for me, except for those quirky courts which have weird too-low angles, for which I switch back to Broadcast Generic.

2k Camera lets you see the floor the best. Set the settings to 6 and 4. Broadcast is cool if you're watching the game, never made any sense for actually playing.
