My Game won't Start!!!

For some reason when I click my NBA2k12 icon the screen goes black and looks like it about to start but then it doesn't! Idk what to do. I've checked my firewall, internet security and everything!! Can anyone help me!?

Let me try to be more specific. I click the shortcut for the game to start, the nba 2k12 window opens with the black screen that comes on right before the beginning credits sequence and the music starts. But instead of the credits coming up and the music starting, the screen just stays black and nothing happens. This last time I tried the credits popped up for a second and then the music kinda skipped on for a second then stopped. I dont know what to do right now. I reinstalled the game and the same thing occurred.

i think your graphics/video card you have for your computer is prob not compatible bro. i had this same prob when i bought my 2k9. i bought another video card and there it was working

yeah you Pc is too old or you need update driver
