but how to say that.. me and HEX editing are not realy good friends (since nba live 2008) and REDitor are coast money. there's any free tool for that?

No there isn't any free tool but hex editing, but I think the REDitor is a good investment and don't coast a lot of money.
In addition it's a very convenient tool to use...
