I was wondering if someone knows what files are the latest Official patch from 2k?

Thanks Andrew, but I wanted to know what files tit install's, for example: global.iff, roster.iff etc...

I'm pretty sure someone has posted a list before. Run a search in the main NBA 2K12 section, I believe it was posted in a thread in there.

Try opening the patch installer with 7-Zip to see the list.
