You call for it like how you call it in a normal game.

Hold down the size up button and press the pass fake button. The same way you call for ask doorstop it's the same way you throw one.

No, get the vertical up first. As long as you can dunk, even with a low dunk rating you may be able to catch an alleyoop.

My Player is 3pt Specialist and my Dunk & Vertical rating is 60

Try to wait longer than 4 minutes for a reply, lol. 60 is a good start for dunk. As long as you can dunk you might be able to catch an alleyoop. Once you increase the vertical it starts to get easier, though. Right now it would probably have to be a perfect pass. If I were you I would play a scrimmage and practice there to see how often you will catch one.
