Need help !

Guys i need a help, i was playing nba2k12 few months and i added few patches (rester updates...FEW GRAPHIC PATCHES ETC) then i probably deleted one file dunno wich one so i could not run the game (black screen)...so i tried to uninstall the game and i didnt make it trough regular uninstaler...so i deleted my nba 2k12 folder and installed the game again...i have updated all my drivers i mean all tha games working fine. When i try to run the game all i get is black screen and it lasts few seconds then the window crashed and thats it, dont get any messages if something is wrong only black screen for few seconds. Do i need to delete the game in registry or something...how to do that... Anyone could maybe help cause i miss tha game. Thx.
