NBA 2K12 NikeID freeze

I'm playing NBA 2K12 on PC and when I want to open NikeID, Foot Locker or create My Player, the game freezes. The problem is that NBA can't load NikeID data. Also, in the game Bron, Kobe, Durant had white blank shoes instead of their own signature shoes. I deleted Online Data and Cache and downloaded new one from your site and this problem disappeared. But I still have the problem with freezing. I am really pissed off and hopefully someone will write the solution. Thanks.

try also deleting the \AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K12\shoes folder
