Help, my 2K12 is acting weird when I start it up!

Hey everyone,

I had to re-install 2K12 due to issues on my PC. Now that everything on my PC is fixed and 2K12 newly installed I have to type in my birthday, agree with the terms of use ... etc. (basically everything that you do when you first install the game) EVERY single time when I start up 2K12.

Its very annoying and I was hoping one of you could help me out here? ... what can I do so that 2K12 finally remembers me and stops asking every single time?

after entering your old / new account that you made.

Go to the nba2k12 options and save your SETTINGS and your USER PROFILE and overwrite them when it ask you to.

Thank you ! After doing that a new problem now is that 2K12 says my account expired. I know there should be a verification email, but I never received it ... so I just created a new account ~4 hours ago and still I'm not receiving any email from 2K12. This is really weird ... shouldn't the email come instantly? Its not in my inbox or spam folder.

First off you're welcome glad it fixed it.

Is it saying that your new account that you just created expired or you're trying to log-in with an old account?

- If you're trying to log in with a new account and it says it has expired, create a new one and after that save your profile and settings again. Then go to your e-mail and confirm the e-mail that they sent you.

- If you're trying to log into your old account, I am sorry I do not know how to retrieve passwords words that you have forgotten. Try going to Nba2k website and see if you can retrieve your old password account.

I've tried this twice now and I'm not receiving any email from 2KSports/2K12 ... looked in my inbox and spam folder ... urgh ... I guess I have to contact 2KSports on their website. Usually it should be an automatic generated email right? So you'd receive it instantly or at least within the first hour? ...

This is really weird lol
