how to change MP cyberface after patch?

hi , now after the patch which program can i use to change Mp cyberface?

does NBA 2K12 My Player Cyberface not work anymore?

nope , i try it and nothing happend. I only find the fantasy genious 4.0 to work but i dont know whow to change the face throw that program :S

Maybe you can uninstall the patch (reinstall game), open and save your my player, add your cyberface then reapply the patch. I haven't tried it, though.
