Simulate Quarters Help?

Can ANYONE help me please?

IS THERE A WAY TO SIMULATE THE FIRST 2 QUARTERS (1st and 2nd Quarter) of a Game, so that i Can PLAY THE 3rd and 4th Quarter ONLY?
Not vice versa.

simulate 1st and 2nd quarter, PLAY 3RD and 4TH QUARTER ONLY.
MAYBE with THE HELP of all the TRAINERS here in NLSC, it can be done?

BECAUSE I saw a trainer that can END the QUARTER, or Switch to another Quarter, NOT SIMULATE the QUARTER.
