Removing Arena Sounds (Cat Noises...)

I thought it was my cat bitchin for food so i got :evil:

but it was actually arena sounds

can you remove that cat sounds (Y)

I can distinctly remember there's an arena that has a "Meow" sound coming from the PA once in a while. Can't remember which one. BobCATS maybe?
