Question about Association 'All Players Happy'

How to complete 'All players happy'? I have got all my players morale > 75 and chemistry = 100, but it is still 'Available'. How to complete it?

Is it the end of the season yet? You have to keep that level until the end of the regular season, that's when you can complete it.

wow.. so that's why it worths 30 pts... I just don't know how to make those role players (ovr. rnk. 9-11 in the team) happy ....-

Give them minutes they deserved? Trade the ones that keeping your chemistry low, win games and do weekly practice should at least keep them happy.
