CPU won't post up

Thu Feb 02, 2012 8:11 pm

The CPU just refuses to post up. Even when they had Bosh against my Jared Dudley, the opt to try and cross him over. They only post up when its part of a play I think.

Anybody have the same problem? Anybody know how to solve it?

I would say Chris Bosh is a face up player most of the time. You could try increasing the "look for post players" tendency in the cpu sliders.

Well that's a bad example. But a lot of guys who post up don't post up.

When a big like, say, Al Jefferson gets the ball mid range, I expect him to post up. But he dribbles the ball around. Even if they go into post moves mode they don't really do a lot of post moves.

I wonder if increasing the post tendencies of all players would solve my problem. My look for post players slider is 80 and I don't think it solves my problem since the CPU still won't turn their back around. Thanks for the help though, appreciated.

Increasing the player's tendency to post up...also attributes, stuff like that.

Apparently changing the tendency doesn't work (good thing I google'd before investing my time). Wonder if they patched it in the PS3/XBox patch though.

If anybody's got a solution please do tell. Thanks :)
