How do you increase specific ratings for all the players

Is there a way for me to increase all players inside shotting or other ratings by a specific number, eg. increase all players inside shooting by 5.

I believe it can be done using the REDitor.

yep, and it can be done with the free version as well. load up the roster you want to edit, export the inside shot ratings to excel or open office, then make a formula to add 5 points to each, then paste it back into the REDitor.

....or you could just edit the inside shot attribute slider, then it will globally change all players in-game.
