I was thinking of building a tool that will show for example the "Heat Check" screen that went missing from 2K12 and is now only on time-outs. This way, users playing the game in a dual-monitor set-up, can just turn to the other monitor and watch the game stats get updated live.
HOWEVER. I'll be soon out of time due to the exams. The programming the tool will be the easy part, the codebase is there from my previous tools. The hard part will be to find the offsets in the .EXE's memory which contain the stats during the game. I know people have created special Cheat Engine tables that look for the game's sliders, gameplay settings, and stuff, so you can force the sliders onto MyPlayer.
So I'm asking, would any of you be willing to do this offset digging for me, so I can build the tool?
If nobody's willing to help, the tool will be made, but most possibly be a spring project, after the exams. But if someone digs the values up for me, it should be a one-day, two-day tops project to build the tool and release it.
What do you think?
