I've added some retro teams to my NBA 2k11, but when I start a game with some of these teams, I can't se the payers, I see the jerseys with white arms and legs and without heads. I think that i'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what it is.
Can someone help me please?

did you add the teams to 2k11 or 2k12. If you added them to 2k11....they were made for 2k12 and wont work.

I added them to nba 2k12.
I copy the TM file to the folder of the game that is in Documents And Sttings/etc.... and the rest of the files in the folder of the installation of the game in Program Files/etc....
