3D Hair Model Editing

How to delete dreads and make short hairstyle for players like Jordan Hill? Quick tutorial is needed Program i should use and what to do basicly,thanks

ok ive done editing - just delete part with jordan hill dreads and exported 3d model WITHOUT dreads back to n2m file,then imported it back to .iff file with ModTool but ModTool showing old 3d head model kinda my editing is not saved.What im doing wrong?

Python dont need to be installed - the files are in .rar archive so i just dont know where to place them.Maybe changes doesnt saving cos ive not installed Python correctly?

not too sure about the python thing, if you can run blender then no worries

to get rid of the dreds, honestly, I would just scale them really small then move them into his head. Out of the way and maintains proper file size.

Ok ive scaled it into his head but dont see any changes when importing n2m file to .iff via modtool

you exported from blender to a n2km file right?

finished scaling then export>n2km then import it via ModTool

did you do the scaling in edit mode? make sure you can select individual vertices and the colors are blue or yellow, not the pink stuff.

in blender console there is a massege that there is no python installed.Where i must install Python files? or where i can get auto install?

Now im need to know how to delete konrows style hair? 3d model ive deleted so im need to make a proper texture look right?Any sugestions where to start?

no idea man, I dont do anything with CFs. I guess grab someone else's hair and put it in his texture?

How to grab hair textures from face textures?

iirc, they are all a part of the same texture, so I would find a player that has similar hair as Hill's current look, then in photoshop/GIMP take his hair and import it into Hill's CF. the hair is the transparent part

but thats the problem - i dont know how to cut properly in photoshop

ive got how to cut ,now i dont know how to copy it for his .dds file

its texture editing man, its a matter of copy what you want from one image and pasting it into the other.

sorry you feel that way, but its a warning if you use other people's textures w/o permission, and only a ban when you outright lie when claiming its yours.

the only true ban worthy thing someone can do has to do with cracks and piracy.
