Cyberface not showing up even though its in my 2k folder

Hey can someone please help me out, i dont know if anyone else has encountered this same problem but some of the cyberfaces that i replace the default ones with are not showing up in the game, such as derek fisher. I downloaded a cyberface from the site and when i drag it to my folder it replaces, but in the game it doesnt show up. anyone else know the problem?

You have to make sure the png number is acurate and matches the assigned png number for that specific player in the roster file.
