Yes. All those speech files shipped with the game, the roster updates that adds rookies will make use of them.

great what if i have already started my association and my player? those speech will still exist in the game?

Not unless you're starting with a roster that utilises them.

Once the rookies are added, yes.

Pretty much. At this point, I'd recommend holding off a couple of weeks on starting a new Association or My Player, when there'll be an official roster update with rookies.

when will they release? before the start of the season?

[Andrew]

They've said there'll be more frequent updates, I expect there might be at least a couple during the brief offseason to add the rookies as they sign contracts and move players around as necessary. When the rosters are finalised for opening night (December 25th), there should be an update around about that time.
