CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN (SHOES?)

hey everyone i wanted to know how to make shoes and was hoping someone could explain how to make the flat shoe image in photoshop cause i have no clue how to make the top view of a shoe that flat image like that i hope someone is willing to help thanx in advance
