How to edit headshapes? (Female Athlete Patch)

I found a patch in some website (Nba-2K.com) in which there is a cyberface for a Female Patch, I have added it but the problem is I want to edit the headshape. can anyone help me with it? here is a screenshot of what I did so far. (I did not make the cyberface I just USED it.)

we cannot edit headshapes yet

however there are a few female heads in the game already.
