How/where do you change the scoreboard file?

Can anyone tell me which iff file(s) still needs to be replaced in order to change the ESPN ICON on the scoreboard. I have tried several things to change the game back to the NBA TV mod but still cannot get the ESPN to change...I used the tutorial to add the DDS files manually.

***An uninstall and re-install didn't work either...everytime the ESPN logo was still in the scoreboard during the game

it's in the newscorebug.iff

using iff editor (-1 for modtool)
- replace 02-12 and 02-15 to the texture you want.

Thank you both! I still am wondering why after I uninstall and re-install the game...everything doesn't go back to default

Maybe the game doesn't remove the uncompressed files when you uninstall, did you check the main directory after you uninstalled?

Yeah, some edited files will not get deleted after uninstall better check out your game's destination folder and delete the remaining files.

Ok guys a did a total uninstall using perfect uninstaller which removed supposely removed all NBA registry and associated files...thinking I finally got it figured out, I re-install and try it...everything is showing NBA TV mod except the scoreboard when I am playing! I tried to look through the folder to find the one iff still showing the ESPN ICON but I am getting fustrated now ...could someone please advise where all of the DSS files are located for this scoreboard...

I have checked the following so far:
newscorebug/gooeyglobal/global/studioshow/tombstoneoverlay/slaboverlay/gpwipe/gamedata

The scoreabord files are in newscorebug. But why is it when I insert my logo over nba2k11 logo a CAL logo appears instead mine? It is impossible to replace the files.Why?
