Hello,
I read that we can't edit jerseys right now, but isn't it possible to edit it after i use "NBA 2K12 Decompressor" and then open it with the "Nba2KX_ModTool"?

not 2k12 jerseys, although 2k11 iff files for uniforms do work in 2k12, so you can edit those
