MENU Custom Soundtrack

We all know that the Custom Arena Music feature is not in the PC version.
But is there a way to add songs for the Menu/off-the-court soundtrack?

turn the menu music down and turn winamp on in the background. The file looks similar to last year's which was uneditable.
