Constant Stutter on Steam Deck

I was hoping for some help with the PC port of NBA 2K12 on Steam Deck. As you can see with the videos I have attached, I'm experiencing stuttering in NBA 2K12 [NBA 2K12 Stutter][https://youtu.be/TjX1EwO1OTc] but not on NBA 2K14 [NBA 2K14 on SD][https://youtu.be/C8_9Ue9Qxs0] (I have 2k9-17 working flawlessly). My theory is 2K12 is trying to connect to the old servers. I have tried to edit the host file to block the old NBA 2K servers. This worked for when I was having major fps issues with NBA 2K13 & 14. Maybe the host file line that is added for NBA 2K13 & 14 ("127.0.0.1 nba2k14.pc.2ksports.com ns.take2games.com"), might be different for NBA 2K12. If anyone could help me figure out how I can remove the stuttering in the game, it would be greatly appreciated. Note: On my Windows PC, it does not stutter at all and the same exact stutter also happens in menus on the Deck.

Try to add nba2k12.pc.2ksports.com on the same line

Ps : i haven't tried, and 2k12 isn't a great game to me for waste some time to snort its network requests

I did try this and variations of it, still same result. I might need to dig deeper at what network traffic the game is causing. The issue with my theory is though, even when in airplane mode (no internet or Bluetooth through the deck settings), the game still has the same stutter.

I don't know if it's faisible on steam deck but try to disable network card
If the problem remains, the issue is something else
