actually re-finding the values may be quite simple. i'm going to fool around with hex and see if i can identify any.
edit: maybe not... i thought it would be as simple as opening the exe in a ram editor, changing a value in the game (like a game slider from 50-51), and then comparing the two [ram] files. apparently not.

i was messing around with this program called quick memory editor and thought it would be ideal for finding some values, but i just couldn't get anything out of it. maybe someone else will have better luck...

I am decent with TSearch and have started looking for the values. Unfortunately, I got the patch late today so the new slider values will not be posted today. Hopefully, I will find some free time tomorrow and can post them here.

Ok guys, and gals, I need a little help here. These values have been more difficult than I expected and I want some conformation I am moving in the right direction. I am posting a VERY limited selection of what I have so far. Please let me know if it is working for your sliders or not. Thanks.
*********************EDIT*************************
Here are the completed sliders for both Player and CPU. These are the game sliders only and none of the Coach, Gameplay, or Other options from the original sets these were based on. Those will come possibly later today or as late as tomorrow.

********************EDIT 2**************************
Here is an updated set of sliders including the User Clutch Factor fix requested by
diamenz

I've gotten a decent pattern going now, so hopefully all will be found today or tomorrow at the latest. I will update my post as soon as I have some more for you guys.

You're the man, Puff3r! Thanks a lot!

I found the new addresses for the gameplay options and attached them to this post.
The only thing that I somehow can't figure out is the NBA rules. I can hardly find any usable addresses and when I freeze one of the rules, it doesn't work ingame (My Player).

Always glad to help. Thank you for helping with the gameplay sliders. I have included them in my next group, and expanded a little. I am shooting to duplicate all of the options that the OP gave us with his great set. Not sure if I'm going to be able to, but it's worth a shot. Here are the updated Gameplay and a few Other options as well. Look for more updates today, hopefully.
***************************************EDIT**************************************
Updated Sliders to include Playoff length and others.
**************************************EDIT 2*************************************
Updated to include My Player Height, Weight, and Minutes.

Coach settings are now included.

great work puff3r & fleabite! i haven't verified they work yet, but if i come across any problems i'll let you guys know. thanks for posting your findings.
@fleabite i don't think the OP posted the nba rules, and either way i don't think they're really necessary to find unless you want them for your own use. imo it would sorta kill the my player experience. it would be cool to see values for rotations if they're not too complicated.

hey puff3r, i think the user's clutch factor slider is screwed up. the cpu one is fine, but i'm getting weird values with the user's. appreciate if you could check that out.
edit: actually i'm getting odd values for all of the attributes user sliders.
edit: i seem to get getting odd values for everything. if i go above 50 in game, the value ends up being something like 3.yadayada.

I will look into it tonight. Thanks for the heads up.
Is it still only for user sliders? Or CPU too?

i dunno, i must be doing something wrong. if i change the value in-game, in tsearch it turns into some extreme number. however, if i use tsearch to change the value, then in-game it comes out okay...
for example, if i enter a -1 value in tsearch, it changes to zero in game. if i enter zero as the value, it reverts to the default fifty. if i enter 1 (1.0), it changes the slider to 100 in-game. so in other words, everything is okay there. however, if i instead change the value IN-GAME, i get a crazy value in tsearch
the only one i'm positive that is messed up is the user attribute clutch factor slider.
it may just be me being bad lol.

alright, to straighten out any confusion, the only value that isn't working properly out of the ones i've tested (only a handful) is the user's clutch factor under attributes.
now, on account of ALL of the sliders i've tested, if i use tsearch to change values, everything is fine in-game. however if i change the values in-game, i get some funky number in tsearch. weird.

Ok, try it this way. Load the game, Alt+Tab out and open TSearch. Load the .cht file. Do not freeze any values. Alt+Tab back to the game and set your sliders where you want. Alt+Tab back to TSearch and freeze the values. Do they work now? These are floating values, so I don't think you will be able to just use the number you want in TSearch. You will have to set the slider and freeze it.
I personally made a set of sliders specifically for My Player mode. Saved those. After starting the game, I load my sliders then freeze the values with TSearch.
Can anybody else duplicate this issue? I have checked them all and they are working on my end.

everything is fine now besides the user setting's clutch factor slider. it's still giving me a crazy value. i haveb't tried all of the other sliders, but of the ones that i have, they're working fine besides the one i mentioned. it's no big deal though, don't stress yourself over it. if it works for you and others then it should be okay.

I looked into it a little more closely and agree there is an error. Try the new set I just posted, and thanks again for helping me troubleshoot these.

I appreciate it, but I'm way too much of a perfectionist to let that slide. Get it??? "Slide"!!!!

I've never tried altering the NBA Rules options to see if they change in My Player. I will give them a look tomorrow.

Do these work with cheat engine?

I don't use Cheat Engine, so honestly I don't know. Considering the OP had a set for TSearch and one for Cheat Engine, I doubt it seriously.
