1) Better commentary ( I'd like to see the commentaors talk about the generated rookies and how they did in college)

2) A Player Average scoring against the other teams they plays ( for example Paul Pierce Averages 23.1 PPG VS MIAMI, 28.1 PPG VS TORONTO, 32.4 PPG VS DALLAS)


3) Draft List- I'd like to see this ( in Association Mode you will see a list of what team draft what players and what trades happened that night.


4) Scouting - IN Scouting I'd like to see the grade on passing especially on the Point Guards.


5) Better Passing- I think its ridiculous when my guy is a SF and everyone else is down at the other end of the court. I also think the offensive awareness needs to be improved in passing.

6) 2 player myplayer mode- I don't know what anyone would think about this but i think it would be fun if I create player and then my friend creates a player. Then we both compete to try and get into the NBA and getting ourselves to be a high draft pick.
All in all those I enjoy this game more than NBA Lives (Now Elite)

1.Better atmosphere.I hate to say it,but I have a feeling that Elite is just killing 2K in that segment.Emotions,cheering,plays a big part in the NBA and there is simply nothing of it in NBA 2K.Players sometimes look so uninterested and it looks like they dont care if they made important move or something like that.Crowd is well animated,but it needs better sound.It was horrible in 2K10,in 2K11 is better but still.
2.Better AI.If computer decide to win,it will do it in unusual way,and thats what irritates me very much sometimes.AI players sometimes look much more superior,no matter what team I am playing with.I know that comebacks in NBA are very often happening,but here its just not realistic and it really hurts.
3.Improvements in MP mode.There should be a option to play with an NBA player,that would be very interesting,also objectives should be unique for every popular player,for example Dwight Howard has to make much blocks as possible,CP3 has to make good assists and so on.They should make Summer circuit easier,it is very frustrating sometimes.

The NBA isn't exactly keen when unsportsmanlike technicals have to be assessed; that's why players get fined and suspended when they rack up too many. Given how image conscious they are, they're not about to let them be put into an NBA video game. As for fights, same deal obviously and given that they're a rare occurrence in the NBA (compared to, say, the NHL) I don't think the exclusion of fights is a detriment to the video games.

Then you're in for a disappointment because they are never going to be included in the game. The NBA has been pretty clear with all developers on that.

Superstars that, under AI control, play like superstars.

2K11 playing on the Bulls, locked to anyone but Rose, Rose does nothing. He doesn't even try to score. If I call plays for him he doesn't score.

Play as the Lakers, locked on someone other than Kobe, Kobe won't score.

Superstars under AI control don't play like superstars.

In the NBA guys like Rose and Kobe don't score just because plays are called for them. Plays are called for them because they can score.

2K11 has a superstar problem on two levels.

1. Superstars, or who scores, are driven by the playbook. In reality the coach sets his playbook and the team on the floor generally executes plays based on who will score.

2. Superstars, even when keyed with plays, under AI control don't have enough ability to score, or really to do anything. And human controlled players can do too much.

I agree to bron bron 2ksports should add features in 2k12 like :
1.) Player Introductions per team (Starting 5) with their real life gimmicks and also voiced by their local announcers of each Team
2.) New and Fresh Commentary during end of the quarters also at game winning situations (reggie miller and jeff wan gundy woice would be great)
3.) Some Defense Moments should be included at Game Highlights, especially game winning block
4.) Fouls called, I see players (captains) talking to refs.
5.) Fouls called, I see players jumping around acting crazy ala SHEED
4.) REAL TME PHYSX not pre-animated ones
5.) Custom Arena Music and Menu Music for PC

In 2k12 can use same idea from nhl 2k11 where ovechkin made celebration moves for game..but differnece is some basketball players can make dunk animations josh smith and Iggy would love to help 2k company again with that...for dribble moves can ask help from d Rose and maybe tyrekke evans.

My Player also needs a huge change.
Firstly, i don't think a rookie (overall like 60+)should get an MVP in first year and score 20ppg, 7rpg, 5apg. It's way too easy.
And it's ridiculous that i get 37 minutes playtime in Celtics while Paul Pierce sits on the bench with 25 minutes of playing time and other bench players get max 9 minutes (Jeff Green, Glen Davis etc).

*It would be fun if we could make free throws of the board, same as we can make shot by holding SHIFT. And shots of the board should be improved a bit since sometimes they seem very straight, I mean like a flying axe. These are same shots, but they are of the board that's all.
*Player moving animations should be improved. Sometimes it seems that players are sliding but not walking/running on the floor.
* More EFFECTIVE PRESENTATION. The gampleay has made a HUGE leap and left LIVE series behind. Now the time has come for a new leap. As it was mentioned before, the crowd is DEAD as well as the other sideline characters. Liven them up!
Player celebrations are really weak, they just don't make me FEEL the 'wow' moment. More player EMOTIONS, REACTIONS, MOEVEMENT. Sometimes it doesn't seem that the team is actually a team, but everyone plays seperately. Let's take a player injury...oh God....everyone just freezes and watches the guy rolling and crying, where the hell are his teammates?At the other end of the court, standing like poles, biting nails. Why not approach the teammate or something? and the referee....swollowed his whistle. He does the same!
And players agree with every foul that is called. They shouldn't, they should argue.
How nice it would be if while you are shooting free throws, you can see a player who commited a foul talking to the other referee, the camera shouldn't concentrate on the conversation though. There has to be more action around the court!
In a nutshell, the game has the 'body' which needs some improvement, but it needs SOUL!
I don't know, watch more nba games?




ps.: I would also include some rare situations that happen in the nba like once in a three months or so. For example, disqualifications, small conflicts between players. Or for example people from the stadium throwing things on the court after some conflict situation. You know what I mean? But these should happen very rarely.Although maybe it's too much...

On;y have 1 thing to say:
-Have all the Players with their right signature shots because it is a lot of work for some of us that has to keep changing shots to make it more realistic
-Please have a decent simulation and don't f up hall of fame either
-Change the PA announcer or update him to sound like exactly the same or close to the other PA's in real life
-Accurate ratings to all players no underrated/overrated ratings

-Euroleague or National teams ( Finally i wanna see some eurostyle playing on NBA )
-Better and Wildest crowds ( It gets on my nerves when they keep saying DEFENSE like dead) This ain't realistic
-At my player , they never talk about him when im playing they just say "He did a good job last game / 31 points 5 assists last game / They don't even say his name ) Also if my player is the 1st scorer in NBA and myt teammate is 5th for example , the commentator says "Oh look at James fifth in the league in scoring " And i am fitst XD . I'm waiting on huge changes on my player .
-Real time physics , it is really annoying when someone gets a pass inside the belly of my player to his teammate . Also the dribbles are good but they are the same all the time . You know that you have Rose or Lebron or Nash and you are allowed to move or dribble with 10 moves.
-Interviews before the game , at the half and in the end of the game

What would be great, is if you could listen to coach talking to players while timeouts. That would definetly add some more game feeling. (it would be PERFECT if every coach has their own voice).
Also commentators should say more different things. I hate when commentaries like Doris Burke say the exact same crap in every game e.g. after 3rd quarter she always says: It's the (team) with the big push on (quarter) and have managed to get a solid lead or sth. And Kellogg adds: It often comes in spurts Kevin, spurtability is what i call it. They are like repeating machines.

And last but not least, 2k make the game as simple as possible. No flashy and colorful scoreboards, or game highlights.. or menus where you have to use multiple arrows to navigate. Use the classic menu.

Ok 2k this where u seriously gotta listen to us b4 u put in new improvements,features or fix online please fix the gameplay flaws

Gampelay Flaws that needs fixing:
-players intercept the ball when there back is towards the ball,total control passing you don't really have control and u make all these risky pass with a defender that is obviously gonna steal it (i pass it to an open close to the basket and it passes to the player that gets defend and the cpu steals it. The passing is not very responsive)
-decrease the hands slider
-players that's defense is not good has the greatest defense in the game come on be realistic
-Fix the animations u made the animations bad my dad was playing today Mavs vs Heat he was the heat and he cross tyson chandler with wade and wade was about to dunk then it went to a contact animation that made him miss the shot http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxlsS-QUyvY this is the same animation that happened to my my dad except he pass the player but got sucked in the back and he miss the shot come on man pay attention

1. Proper home and away colors for teams or just have seperate home and away editing slides with more custom colors
2. Allow wingspan to be a factor when editing a player
3. More accurate crowd chants like the staples center organ and their PA announcer and a MUCH more involved crowd especially late in games and playoff games, with playoff crowds like miami's white out or okc all blue shirts etc.
4. PLEASE clean up most player faces, please use many of the user created cyberfaces
5. Player reactions must be more emphatic when they hit big shots
6. Please make more accesories: techfit sleeves, fix calfsleeve glitch, more accurate knee pads and knee braces, see g0ry and threeq's accesories as a base

Overall I think PC modders have addressed these problems but if 2k12 wants to really take it up a notch they should follow these guidlines to improve the game
