How do I create a jersey

i have looked high and low and the only things i can find is editing numbers

all i want to do is create a new team, i know its possible as there is the fiba mod etc.

in order to do that i need to make the jersey first.

everytime i go to download a program that SAYS it does it i end up with download managers, bearshare etc and all the links are broken or wrong.

also which iff files are the jersey ones?

any help greatly appreciated.
