UBR not showing up in game

I bought NBA 2K12 through Steam. Downloaded all four parts of UBR, put the first three parts in the NBA 2K12 folder and Part 4 in Saves. When I load the game, I can't load anything connected to UBR. No rosters, no teams, no draft classes. The Unlock All Settings option isn't even available.

Anybody have any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

did you extract the files from the part 1-4 archives?

Yes, I extracted the files from all four.

and you put the roster files in the saves folder, where you will also see any rosters you created in-game

and the iff files went into the main 2k12 folder, that overwrote some of the existing files, right?

Yep, that's right. I don't see the UBR rosters in the game when I load it. I don't see any custom stuff at all, no "Unlock All Settings" option, nothing.

I figured it out. I wasn't putting them in the AppData folders. Thanks for at least checking out my question.
