import jersey textures

Hi guys, still don't get it how you guys import needed texture for jerseys, i want to make this jerseys:

but can't import that texture to the jerseys, do i need a blank jersey or can i use any other jersey to fill up with this texture?

you need to look at existing uniform textures and modify them to make the designs look like that.
