Talk about NBA 2K12 here.

So I had the idea that thanks to the UBR, I could maybe start a "retro" My Player. Where I would load up say the 1993 roster from UBR, and start a My Player using that as the base, and importing the appropriate draft classes as I move along in seasons. I have a few (hopefully basic) questions
1) Is it possible to completely eliminate the teams that weren't existent yet in the season I choose to use? Raptors/Bobcats/Etc
-- In addition to that, I assume it would be impossible to add the appropriate expansion teams when the time comes?
2) Can I update the roster/art/arena files along the way using REDitor along the way? I don't see why not, but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this
3) And I guess as a cosmetic thing, is it possible to change the year of a My Player or would that possibly mess up the ages of the players?
Hopefully these are all easily answered, and I just haven't looked around hard enough. Any help is appreciated

1, no, and no, lol
2, yep
3, nope
the main issue is finding the rookies each season then replacing them with the real draft classes. at least, IMO

Oh, you can't just import draft classes in My Player? I've never played more than one season

Damn, okay well I guess that blows my idea out of the water. Thanks as always

you could wait for the (bugged)* draft each year, then find all players who are rookies and swap out everything but status & contract info for each
*76ers always draft first pick, it goes by alphabetical order, not actual lottery in 2k12's MP
