Shiny or Glossy Jersey Numbers

I noticed some jerseys have shiny numbers. It makes sense because older jerseys (pre 1992-93) had printed numbers, names and logos instead of patches. The printed jerseys did have a glossy or shiny look to them. My question is how do you give a jersey the shiny numbers? It doesn't work when I import them with 3dm.

I figured as much. I've gone though all this trouble because 2k didn't give classic teams warm up suits. Hopefully they'll get it right in 2k13.
