3DM mod tool DOESNT OPEN

Ive extracted it to a folder and click on the jordan icon and It gives me a message NBA2K123DM MODTOOL HAS STOPPED WORKING. I have searched up and down the boards with answers for this issue and found nothing. Does anyone have a clue why this happens as i would like to edit jersey fonts and numbers sometime this century lol.

Im not sure whats wrong with it. Try redownloading it bro. Hope it helps so u can help me with my mod.
