Making Cyberfaces

I've been playing NBA 2K for a while now, and have been coming here and to sites like moddingway for mods, and I especially enjoy all the cyber face work you guys do. I have also been using Adobe Photoshop for years now, and in my spare time I enjoy making custom covers for sports games, you can see some of my more recent examples (although I have taken a bit of a break) here: http://roundpuffcovers.picturepush.com/

But back to the point, since I know how to use Photoshop pretty well, I was hoping for someone to upload a tutorial of how to make good cyber faces. I've looked at some on youtube, and many of them seem really vague as where to start, and what to do, and don't explain things very well. If someone could make one that could really explain how to make these. I would request some, and I have, but I don't want to waste your guys' time making a bunch of cyber faces as I know you are all really busy.

So yeah, I've seen the How To Create your Own Face one, and looked at the converting 2k11 to 2k12 CF one, but not sure if there is one telling you how to start?

Check the NBA 2K11 Tutorials section too, a lot of the resources there (including the cyberface tutorial) still apply to 2K12.

So I made the .DDS file, what do I afterwards?

Choose a 3d shape of a player that looks similar in the game (with ""nba 2k12 cyber faces manager" you can know wich .iff file number is), open it with "NBA 2K12 Cyber Faces Textures IE", and then import the .dds to this .iff file.
Place the file in the main directory and then remember the numbers of the file.. the you have to asign this number to your player with cyberfaces manager and apply.

Many people knows how to do this much better than I, but few people helps here

Actually, you will find that there are people willing to help out here. However, that's what the Tutorials are for (and the threads are left open to ask further questions on specific steps) and when the same questions are asked several times, people do get a bit tired of posting the same info over and over again.

So I made one, and it's terrible lol. If anyone could make a Marqus Blakely CF for me I'd be more than happy. I've been a big fan of his game since he was in college.

DennisTheWorm, You don't have to use Chinese Trainer, there's a very simple method using REDitor.

hi guys!! wazzup.. look im kinda new in cyberface editing , but when i try to edit a cyberface theres no hair ,only checkered maps can be seen in the hair area.. waht seems to be the problem??
