Please Help!!!!!

Earlier in the day i was playing with my NBA 2k12 roster which is a modified version of King 12's gear colors roster which also included a few created players edited with NBA 2k12 Cyberface manager. After i used that roster i downloaded the Ultimate Base Roster vol27 (I had previously had V24) than i inputed the files into the game. so far as i know the Ultimate Base Roster works fine but everytime i use any other roster the game crashes at the intro video or before. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
