Possible to convert this 2k11 to 12

I am unsure if it is possible to convert this 2k11 headshape having a lot of hair and beard, but I would really like to play with this model in 2k12 as it resembles myself mostly compared to
anything else.
I really appreciate if someone could see if they can convert it.
