[REQUEST] Changing colorways of nshoe. HOW?

good day sirs! i would like to know what tool should i use to edit colors of a shoe. for example i DL nshoe for dwade its away playoff shoe, now i want to make a home version of it and i need to edit the colors. what tool should i use? i have tried creating my cf in nba2k12 but somehow didnt succeeded. i guess i need the nba2k12 decompressor and what more?

you need the mod tool, and a texture editor like photoshop or gimp to edit the texture, and to change the colors.

there are plenty of tutorials on how to edit iff files and such in the tutorials section,
