online not connecting

I am trying to use the 2k share and somehow its not letting me online-it says there is a problem with my connection?

Do you have the official patch installed? You'll need that to use online features these days.

If you do have it installed, and assuming your firewall/security software isn't causing any issues, it's probably just a temporary issue at 2K's end. It's happened a lot this year, since 2K's online support leaves much to be desired.

does the patch work on the digital download version?i ordered the cd-rom also and will get it tomorrow

i went to get the patch and it says it does not work with digital download so i guess i will wait for cd-rom

Please edit your previous post rather than double posting.

If you have the digital download version, the patch should be pushed through automatically by the digital distributor.

Which digital distributor are you using?

it's through amazon.com i purchased

Supposedly the US DVD-ROM patch works with that version.

i got the cd-rom today and downloaded the update etc..the jersey selection screen is functioning and online...
