Editing crowd .iffs

Ok, so i have edited all the .dds files in the team_###.iff file.
However, the crowd and its logos/colors remain the same. there is one .dds file with shirt templates but its just grayscale.
what do i need to do?

Using team_015.iff (Lakers) as an example. Here are the textures.
0 mop guy
1 fans
2 cheerleader
3 blue/white strip don't know what it is
4 3D board don't know what it is
5 blue unknown
fans and cheerleader have an alpha channel that blocks the view in the Mod Tool. ExportRes as a DDS and edit.
Teams with mascots have many more textures. Team_003.iff (Bulls) has green, blue and grayscale textures along with 3D textures. The fans texture has the shirts, signs and fan faces. This texture should be color. This is the texture to edit to change the crowds shirt colors.
