Can't get Mod Tool to work

I used to use the NBA2k 3dM Mod tool, but for some reason i can't open it anymore and i can't find it anywhere for download..

So i downloaded NBA2kX Mod Tool and followed instructions, yet every time i click on NBA2kXModtool.jar, i get an error reading "Could not find the main class:nba2kmodtoolapp. Program will exit" from Java Virtual Machine Launcher

Anyone know what is up? I updated java.

I should also note i have two drives, my C: drive, and my E: drive which i use to install everything. I think some were installed on C:....Should i install everything on 1 drive?

Make sure Java is installed or up to date. Program should work from any hard drive. Mine is on G:drive.
