Does PES12 face work like 2k12?

I noticed most of the models in PES 2012 are easier for me to steal from in order to get myself in the game. Is there any way to extract the png/jpg file or the "flat face" image like "texture5"that we use in 2k12? I'm hispanic with buzzed head and beard and there's just more to choose from in PES rather 2k where majority of the players are african american or white b/c i'm not good enough to make myself from scratch.
